Article 1 – Definitions

Apex Biolabs: operating as Apex Biolabs via apexbiopept.com. Customer: any natural person (consumer) or legal entity (business customer) placing an order. Agreement: the purchase contract between Apex Biolabs and the customer through the web store. Products: all products supplied through apexbiopept.com, including peptides and accessories. Store: the online store at apexbiopept.com.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements through apexbiopept.com. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Apex Biolabs. The customer's own terms and conditions are expressly rejected.

Article 3 – Nature of Products (Research Use Only)

All products are intended solely for research purposes. Products are not intended for human use, veterinary use, consumption or medical treatment. By making a purchase, the customer declares that the products will be used exclusively for research and analysis. Apex Biolabs provides no medical advice and makes no medical claims.

Article 4 – Accessories

Apex Biolabs may supply accessories including injection supplies such as needles or syringes. These accessories are also supplied exclusively for research purposes. The customer is responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of the country of delivery regarding the possession, use and storage of such accessories.

Article 5 – Offers and Formation of Agreement

Offers are without obligation and subject to availability. Obvious errors such as typographical mistakes do not bind Apex Biolabs. The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation.

Article 6 – Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the applicable currency inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via the payment methods available in the web store. Apex Biolabs will only dispatch after successful payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 7 – Delivery

Apex Biolabs ships to the United Kingdom, Spain and selected European countries unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information or failure to collect, Apex Biolabs may charge additional costs for redelivery.

Article 8 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the products and to guarantee safety, hygiene and product integrity, returns are not possible unless prior written approval is given by Apex Biolabs. Once dispatched, it cannot be determined whether products have been stored or handled correctly; therefore returns will be refused. Claims for damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the packaging and product. If Apex Biolabs is demonstrably at fault or damage occurred during transport, an appropriate solution will be offered (e.g. replacement or refund), to the extent permitted by law.

Article 9 – Customer Compliance

The customer is responsible for complying with all regulations relating to the storage, inspection, handling and use of the products. Apex Biolabs is not liable for any restrictions, seizures or delays due to regulations or shipping restrictions in the country of delivery.

Article 10 – Liability

Apex Biolabs is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or improper use of products or accessories. Liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The customer shall indemnify Apex Biolabs against claims from third parties arising from the use of the products.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos and materials on the web store are the property of Apex Biolabs or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Article 12 – Privacy

Apex Biolabs processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and applicable EU data protection law. Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy of the online store.

Article 13 – Force Majeure

Apex Biolabs is not obliged to perform in the event of force majeure, including transport disruptions, import restrictions, government measures, strikes or supplier interruptions.

Article 14 – Governing Law

All agreements and these general terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Sales within the EU may mean that mandatory consumer provisions of the customer's country also apply where required by law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in England and Wales, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Article 15 – Final Provisions

Apex Biolabs may amend these terms and conditions; the version applicable at the time of the order shall govern that order. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
