Proper storage is important to maintain peptide quality. We recommend storing peptides in a refrigerator at 2–8°C to help preserve their stability and effectiveness. Keep away from light and do not freeze unless otherwise specified.

Each pen has its expiry date printed on the box. When stored correctly in a refrigerator at 2–8°C, we aim to provide a minimum shelf life of 12 months.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday in temperature-controlled packaging. For orders placed before 4pm, we aim to provide next-day delivery where available.

Each Apex pen or vial includes a scratchable QR code for authenticity verification. After scratching and scanning, you receive a certificate of authentication. Contact us immediately if verification fails.
